The staff Paralegal (Nick) is rude and obnoxious. Customer Service is horrible. Instead of feeling attacked the Paralegal should take a step back, listen to the client and give clear understanding to what has occurred. It seems once it is determined there is no monetary value to the case, you are discarded. Use with caution.

DO NOT USE THEM No!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!This is the worst Workmen’s Comp. lawyers that I have ever ran into. Please make sure that you never used them never ever used them. They will not make sure you get your money and then when you call them, they’ll tell you they don’t care and hang up the phone on you. I’ve been working with them for four years. My case is closed. I have not received any money and they told me too bad they’re finished with the case. Do not use them. They are phoning.

Terrible and awful service by Mandy Ramdhany. Hired this firm with high hopes of smooth service and a successful outcome but got the complete opposite. Mandy Ramdhany caused me great distress and anxiety after a long time of inaction and ignoring my case. She acted very condescendingly and treated me with disdain. Then to top it off, the one time she did reach back out was to lie in my face about the reason why they were dropping my case meanwhile other lawyers said that was a complete fabrication. Definitely DO NOT HIRE this firm for any injury or disability cases people. They have no interest or resilience to fight on your behalf.
