I’m not normally one for reviews being negative, but the attitude of Richard Ulrich while I was requesting documents on a previously signed contract was horrendous. I have never been in a law office of any kind where the partner without any knowledge of what we were requesting told the front desk to “get them out of here. Come on” keep in mind we were asking about a home survey… Regardless of anything horrible service from Richard and because of this go anywhere else

I have been working with Eric, Don, Gail, Laura, Cindy, and Kelly for more than a year, and they are all fantastic! Extra kudos to Kelly. She is super particular about detail and always replies to my calls and emails in a timely manner. Their legal fees are commensurate with their service. Didn't provide fiduciary duty, didn't deliver transparency that was provided to him, billed for services he didn't perform, did not hold himself accountable of his own advice to me, nor keep his commitment to our verbal agreement which was his advice, took advantage of me while I was in a bad place and down on my luck. He referred to the defendants attorney as a "nobody" yet he let that attorney threaten both Dana and myself and then just stopped working on it all together and not responding to me for more than a week after I waited an entire month for an update, we he finally did respond he said another week before he can respond to me because he is preparing for a case.
