On my 26th birthday, I decided to take my motorcycle out for a cruise. At one point, I was going quite a bit faster than I should have. A few miles after getting back to doing the speed limit, a trooper lit me up. He had clocked me at well above 100mph, and also charged me with a reckless. Within minutes of arriving back home, I gave Rick a call. He provided reassurance, along with clear and concise information as to what the options would be to proceed. Today was my arraignment. Before I even stepped foot into the courtroom, Rick greeted me and informed me they had completely dropped the reckless. I couldn't be happier! I didn't even have to appear. Obviously every case is circumstantial and subjective, but Rick and his team took care of me. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

I wholeheartedly recommend working with Richard and Anna. My brother was in a car accident when he was driving back to his high school from his college classes. To summarize, I hired Rick to represent me in an OFP case. He and his two paralegals, Sara and Anna, were courteous and professional throughout the entire process. Ultimately, he was able to get the case dismissed. Before any funds were even discussed, Rick took time out of his schedule to review documents and hear details relevant to my case. He provided me with his opinion of how he foresaw the case concluding and presented me with a few different options. As someone who is not entirely familiar with the intimate details of the legal process, his willingness to help me understand it helped solidify my decision to hire his team for representation. Communication by his team was always prompt and helpful. Although I was anticipating several hearings, only one was required before he was able to get the case dismissed. The effort he and his team put forth on my behalf was second to none, and I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again in the future if ever needed.

Hands down the best interaction I’ve ever had with any lawyer he was quick and honest and when I was so scared I couldn’t even sleep he made me fully relax and trust he would get the best outcome and he succeeded fully beyond any potential I could of asked for he is caring compassionate and just all around great person very professional and diligent.
