Let's face it, if you need an attorney its usually because something is going wrong. Its stressful & all consuming. That was me this week. The team was able to navigate our very technical complaint after we experienced a failed ERP rollout to no fault of our own. Since the software company handling integration was so large we looked for weeks to find someone to help us from Florida in the company’s home state of California. We contacted Melissa after we heard about how she won a case where a life insurance would not pay out to the beneficiary. My father died of pancreatic cancer. You cannot imagine the pain, suffering, and mental anguish our family experienced. On top of that pain, one of his life insurances would not pay out. Melissa was kind, patient, and strong. We told her that we went several months back and forth by ourselves with the life insurance company, but there was no luck for a pay out. Even when we pointed out to the life insurance representatives their inconsistencies and false misrepresentation, they still would not admit they did anything wrong. The life insurance company preyed on my ailing father who was living and treating a terminal illness. Melissa fought for us, and would continuously communicate any information. She answered all our questions with care and attentiveness. Melissa was incredibly supportive, and listened to our story. Our family is so grateful to Uplift Law for their help.
