I connected Ben with a friend regarding his case, and he was extremely helpful throughout the process. He made sure to walk him through everything and clearly explain each step along the way. His professionalism and willingness to take the time to make sure everything was understood really stood out. I appreciate him taking care of the situation and making it much less stressful for him.
Ben helped me out in a very stressful time. Answered all my calls and made sure I was prepared for everything to come. He is someone to put your trust in.
Our experience with Ben was fantastic. Personally. Professionally, right from our first conversation he was all in. Guiding us on what to do. He left no stone unturned. He was so thorough he brought up things the day of the trial we hadn’t even remembered and it seemed like he knew what the prosecutor was going to do before it happened simply amazing. Needless to say the outcome was better than expected we’ll be forever grateful for his help.
After Speaking With His Assistant About My Situation Which Includes A Bias Judge In Fall River That Refused To Recuse Herself From The Bench After Showing Clear Bias, (Which Is Confirmed With Audio I Received From Fortherecord.com)- Unlawful Arrest By The Fall River Police- State Troopers Issuing An Immediate Threat Warning With No Damage, Victim Or Evidence And Taking 2 Months To File Any Citations (Conviently Issued About A Month Before I Was To Have The Fall River Case Dismissed) ... Well, He Must've Looked Up My Name And Quincy Courts And Found The Other Richard Lydon And Decided That He Wasn't Going To Work For Scum Like That Telling Me I Had, "No Chance". Even Going As Far As Saying, "Well, I Don't Think That's How It Went..." When I Explained What Happened With Quincy... After Calling "ME" Back And Leaving A Message? All Of A Sudden I Have No Chance?
I'm sorry you were disappointed with our consultation. Our effort is to give a clear, honest review of your case. Given your narrative, and what you were asking us to do/ who you were asking us to sue, we did not believe you had a case. Yes, we did call you back and left you a message, to then have a consultation. When we call back, that doesn't mean we are going to take the case- it means we are willing to have a conversation about your potential case. After the consultation, we did not find you had a viable case. We take on less than 1% of the police misconduct inquiries we get (over 100 per week); we have to be very selective, as we are fronting all the costs and resources, and if we don't find a strong likelihood of success and overcoming qualified immunity, we decline to take the case, as we will lose extraordinary amounts of money in legal fees (we take these on a contingent fee- only getting paid if we win). This is far different from our criminal defense work, where there already IS a case, and everyone deserves the strongest defense against the power of the government.
I reached out to this company a day after I had gotten a ticket. The receptionist assured me they would get back to me very soon. It has since been 10 days with 2-3 check-in calls from my end (all uneventful). This office never reached back out and every time I called I was assured that it would be prioritized. Further, when I asked if they could delete the email with my information on it so I could take my case elsewhere, the receptionist told me he couldn't do anything because it wasn't his email address it was his coworkers and that I would have to ask them myself.
I apologize that you were dissatisfied with being unable to get in touch with us. We are a two- attorney firm, and if we are both on trial, we are often unable to get back to all of the several dozen inquires we get each day. In such cases, we do our best to prioritizing calling back those with an emergency (in custody, held without bail, arraignment hours away, etc). Usually with a speeding ticket issue, we find that most callers just call the next on the list of the other hundreds of lawyers in the area who may be able to take this on. Once you've actually retained us though, that's a different story- all of our actual clients get the utmost attention. Sometimes the cards just don't line up for us to be able to connect or take on a certain matter.
I’ve worked with Ben professionally. His work ethic and knowledge in his craft is paramount to non. I highly recommend Ben and his team for all your criminal matters.
Outstanding doesn't even begin to define his work. Ben—professional as could be—provided exceptional services which led to an amazing outcome for me personally. He's worth every penny. The case—although less complex than many others he deals with—was still a very stressful time in my life and Ben made it less stressful throughout the entire process. Everything I experienced using him was world-class—from the client/attorney introduction to the completion of my case—was amazing. Thank you Ben. A+++. Worth it 100X over. Trust Ben and his team because they do a very good job. You won't be disappointed. V/r, Thomas
I am beyond thankful for Ben’s service! He was able to pull a miracle.
Choosing Urbelis Law was the best decision I could have made. While Ben may not be the cheapest attorney out there, you absolutely get what you pay for – the best legal representation to protect your rights. Ben’s level of preparation was nothing short of exceptional. He was meticulous, thorough, and truly fought for me every step of the way. In my case, I was facing a DUI charge, and Ben’s dedication and expertise were clear from the start. He was so well-prepared that even the judge acknowledged the strength of his defense, ultimately leading to a not guilty verdict. It was clear that Ben was in control of the courtroom, and his strategic approach made all the difference. If you’re looking for a lawyer who will go above and beyond to ensure the best possible outcome, I can’t recommend Ben and Urbelis Law enough. He’s not just a great attorney – he’s the one you want in your corner when it matters most.
Ben is a true professional. He represented me and made the whole process easy and understanding. I highly recommend Ben!
I had such a good experience with Urbelis Law! Lorraine returned my call very quickly and represented us very well in our hearing. She was a fighter and will be my lawyer when I need one. I really appreciated her. She is very professional Thanks Lorraine!
Attorney Urbelis was straight and to the point when representing my case. He was able to provide a favorable outcome in regards to the case in an efficient and professional manner the entire time. Would highly recommend him and his expertise in criminal defense.
Ben is an extremely impressive lawyer. I was facing a couple of serious charges. He got me an agreement I was happy with on my first day in the court system. I highly recommend Ben for any of your legal needs.
Ben went above and beyond to represent me. He was well prepared, kept me infirmary along the way, and had no problem getting the outcome we both wanted in court. Could not recommend using him enough. Worth every penny
Very professional. Very well connected and known in his field. A very good representation. I would definitely vouch for this lawyer!
In handling my case, Ben was very prompt, informative, and motivated. During our consultation, he demonstrated to me what I needed to hear to be confident that this was the best choice I could make for representation. Before and during my appearance in court, Ben guided me through the steps of the process. And in the end, the case resulted in a dismissal. I highly recommend Ben Urbelis to represent you. Bryan M.
