Alan Toporek was an absolute God Send He was worth every dollar paid. I was going through a divorce. It was incredibly hard on me and my children. We initially lost our home and I was made to pay a horrible amount of almony all while trying to put our kids through college. My first lawyer spent all of 15 minutes prepping before my temporary hearing. He was not prepared and pissed the judge of during the hearing. My husband's attorney was prepared with lies and an incredible story that painted my husband as a poor victim who was absolutely dependent upon my income with no where to go. Carl Jacobson misled and claimed things that he or his staff did not do. Knowing that the defendant only had limited insurance. In which he took the lions share of. I was led to believe that by doing my own leg work that I was helping my case to which he took credit for to charge towards my case. Then he was very arrogant and dismissive as though I worked for him. Very dissatisfied with the handling of my case.
