Ms. Kenady contacted our firm on November 4, 2022, with an impending statute of limitations in 5 days, though she had already sent out a Notice of Intention to Commence Action to toll the statute of limitations for 90 days. Within a very short time, our firm reviewed the facts of her case, the medical records, and even had her records reviewed by an anesthesiologist expert, who believed negligence would be very difficult to pursue. Unfortunately, based on the opinions of the expert, there was nothing more we could do for Ms. Kenady. We are both surprised and disappointed she felt the need to leave this review.
