UPDATE: I fired them and hired a new firm ! I am currently working with this law firm going on 2 years trying to settle a auto accident case and I don't even know where to start I was referred to them by another law firm and the communication has been horrible from day 1 ..no one in the office returns calls and my specific attorney RAQUEL MUNOZ doesn't even respond to emails or calls EVER ...unless she call or emails me first about something and ive only spoken to her in 2 years maybe 3-4 times over the phone and maybe once through email !!! My whole 1st year everytime i called the front desk representatives were super rude and nasty and sometimes even argued with me when I complained about never receiving call backs or getting updates on my case ...This is very frustrating when I'm trying to get questions answered about my MVA or give information that would be helpful for my case or just get an update ...everytime I finally get a good paralegal which has been twice that is helpful they are gone soon after at this point I'm beyond frustrated and don't know what to do ! I guess because she feels like my case isnt worth alot this is why I get treated in this unprofessional manner and trust me I'm leaving out half of the other things that wasn't done or times I felt like I wasn't or haven't been represented correctly or like anyone even cares about my case or health ! I've been in an accident before and my experience was NOTHING like this one I just can't wait to move on from this..These people ive worked with in the past 2 years with the exception of the office manger and 1 paralegal are the ABSOLUTE WORST to talk to or deal with ... Raquel Munoz has no compassion for me or what I've been going through and is lacking professionalism as a attorney...when I expressed concerns about not getting calls back her lack of representation she started yelling at me and telling me things were my fault and to hire someone else ..this woman sat in my deposition and didn't even speak up for me or say a word she has never called my witnesses on file she didn't even know anything about my insurance policy which let's me know she never really looked over my case it's been 2 years she wants me to accept pennies for a settlement because of her lack of work I WOULD NEVER advise anyone to let this lady represent them as an attorney ever !!!
