We had a great experience working with Vaksman Khalfin to set up our estate plan (trust, wills, durable power of attorney, and health care directives) through a legal plan offered by my employer. They were very responsive and easy to communicate with, and they made the whole process clear and straightforward. The online access made it convenient to provide, save, and update information, and the package even included the notary and preparation of the transfer deed for our home, which made everything very seamless. Overall, they were professional, organized, and very helpful throughout the process. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for help with estate planning. The only thing to be aware of is that the online forms can be challenging to navigate when going back and forth between sections—but that’s a minor point in an otherwise excellent experience. And in all fairness, I don't have anything similar to compare it to for such extensive legal service.

The process of creating our family trust and other documents went very smoothly. The team was efficient at gathering the information they needed to prepare all the documents. Personnel were readily available to answer any questions that we had along the way.
