I had been hesitant to post this but it’s been 10 MONTHS since “you are on the waitlist for a call back, we will reach out”. At first things were going okay, but our meetings were rushed at times and while we were in the office with the attorney he would have other clients on zoom (mics off) but why couldn’t he give all of us priority in terms of time management with each appointment? Why hold 2 appointments at the same time? Needless to say we called back multiple times and we kept getting the same response “waitlist”. It’s understandable they are busy but 10 months and still nothing? Our case wasn’t pro bono/free, we were paying our dues and doing our due diligence checking in for about 2 months afterwards. We are at a better place now. I wanted to share this because I found it unfair and unkind.

I remember making my payment and submitting the final documents they requested. They never contacted me again, and I've given up on my documents, which were very difficult to obtain. To this day, they haven't reported anything, they haven't contacted me, they haven't written to me. They lost the final documents I submitted, but they called me every day demanding payment. Several months have passed, and my documents are still missing. I feel disappointed.
