From the moment I arrived in this country, he helped me with my entire immigration process, step by step, from the first permit until I finally obtained my residency. He helped me with everything, always with clear, straightforward answers, and with a lot of patience (even though I could be intense sometimes 😅). Whenever I had questions, he was there, calmly explaining everything to me. Good lawyers Mr San Miguel is always so informative and respectful, But Receptionist lady is always rude and makes you feel like she doesn’t want to help, don’t usually do complaints but literally every time i call or go to their offices its the same treatment from her really rude and not polite.

For everyone going for the first time, be aware that it takes more than 30 minutes to an hour to get seen. I made my appointment for 3 pm and they didn't see me until 4 pm.
