Joshua Valero explained the process clearly set realistic expectations for my Lemon Law case. When it was clear that the vehicle manufacturer was not going to cooperate he filed a lawsuit immediately against them. Eventually the manufacturer made me a settlement offer. Joshua explained my settlement options and by allowing more time to pass and patience my case was settled for twice as much money as I thought was ever possible.
