Do not return calls, called them for months, finally got a hold of someone got disconnected and they never called back. Use to go to them, but never again. Went somewhere else that actually returned calls in timely manner, that listened and took care of what I needed with ease.

Was a bystanding witness to Marissa Rimerez spending a year or so collecting money only to state that she doesnt feel comfortable attending court in the county she knew we were in. Upon calling alother helpful passionate attorney, found out there were legal papers taken out against me that any attorney would have access to, but Marissa had no idea or indication that any of this was going on. It was a total waste of time, money, and resources. It makes you wonder how some people graduate from “law school”. Very concerning and disappointing. Lesson learned the hard way. She then had the audacity to tell us she would love to represent us with any future needs. Like.. woman I could so better representing myself than having an arrogant lazy attorney take my money with no results for over a year. Do not get cought up in this trap.

I would not recommend this law firm. I spoke with Attorney Grace Russ about my matter, and during the call I overheard another person whispering in the background. She assured me the conversation was confidential, but that did not feel accurate based on what I heard. She also seemed more focused on quoting her rates than understanding my situation, and her overall approach came across as nonchalant rather than empathetic. Based on my experience, I would advise others to stay clear of this firm. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FIRM, I see why they have a 4.0.

If you need help with experts in family law, go with Whitney and her team. With Whitney and her team to include Heather and Jessie I have a sense of calmness that I didn’t have prior to hiring them. They genuinely care and not just say it and it shows not just through words but through actions. Whitney in a span of about 2-3 weeks learned and almost memorized everything to do with my life regarding my situation all while have all her other clients. Her intelligence can be intimidating but in a good way if she is on your side. During the hearing nothing was missed and she even went as far as to ensure that I had peace of mind before finishing with her examination. This level of professionalism should be the standard but unfortunately isn’t. Heather is on top of everything and not a single task is dropped, her attention to detail is superb. Jessie is without a shadow of a doubt the heart of all this and she has a way of helping to keep someone calm and centered so that peace finally can prevail through an already difficult process. Got stuck with a nearly 50k sinus surgery due to sinus damage that was caused in the wreck I was in. It was 2 weeks from state of limitations and they basically said we won’t help you. Since I couldn’t pay my 5k portion I’m being sued for the amount by mason schilling mason for $100 a month at 8% interest a year. Thanks a lot guys. This was also after a year or so of them helping me through the workers comp case and a couple years later the sinus issues developed. They did a sinus CT and the ENT said it could only have been done from head trauma. Well I did hit my head during the wreck pretty hard and have had head trauma prior or after.

I’ve talked to a handful of lawyers since my brother was killed.. with that being said, I really appreciate Tom and Erica. They’re good people and responsive. Exactly what you’d want should you find yourself searching for a wrongful death lawyer. I really like Erica 🙂 she’s very sweet.

I was married 20 years and left my home that i loved after my wife had multiple affairs i found about after the fact. I was at a point in my life i didn't know what i was going to do trying to find a place to stay. Being 60 and having to start all over and trauma bonded with EX playing games. With Mr Mcclamb and Audrey for back up steering me through the legal process i never thought i would have to go through. I was always doubting the outcome of the case because my Ex was very manipulative and has already been through it with 2 other divorces under her belt and bragging they didn't get anything.
