I had a great experience with this law firm. They were incredibly helpful and responsive from the very first phone call I made. Everyone I spoke to took the time to hear my story and it is clear that they are very client focused. Although my specific legal issue wasn't within their legal wheelhouse, Mr. Van Cleave was able to refer me to someone who specializes in what I need and took the time to make a phone call and send an email on my behalf. After, calling many law firms in the Biloxi/Gulfport area and not hearing back, I especially appreciated how communicative, helpful and straightforward they were.

I highly recommend this firm. I had a problem with a company and had major damage to my home. I tried to settle the problem with no avail so I tried with other attorneys and couldn't get one to take my case. I finally found Van Cleave Law and met with them. They were so easy to deal and explained everything in terms I could understand. They took my case and kept me updated all the time. Miss Taylor wrote up the complaint and I was extremely impressed with it. Miss Sandy took care of the paperwork in such a professional way. These people are very down to earth and they are a great team. If you have a problem call them it doesn't cost anything and they will be square with you. I could tell they really cared for me as a client. Not once did I feel over my head or just a number. Like I said Mr Chris and his team will do you right. I was having an issue with Benifit payment from a Long Term Disability Insurance company. They were short paying my monthly pay significantly and for 14 months which put and financial strain on my family and me. I was referred by another Attorney who was doing some other work for me. When I called Mr Vancleave he explained that I needed to send a letter to the Insurance Company and even helped me prepare the letter. We got no response from the Insurance Company so Mr Vancleave then explained I needed to send another letter to the Ms Department of Insurance and helped me prepare that letter also. After the letter to Ms Department of Insurance was sent within 3 weeks I got a response from Long Term Disability Insurance that they were back paying me all they owed me and my family. I explained this to Mr Vancleave and I asked him how much I owed him and he said nothing and this after he spent several hours helping me prepare all of this. He said he was glad we got it handled without having to bring them to court. If I could give Mr Vancleave 10 stars I would. Just an absolute upstanding Law Firm here.

I can’t recommend Van Cleave Law firm enough. If you find yourself in need of legal representation, like my family did, I truly don’t believe you can find better. This place couldn't help me but they were very kind when I called and the lady who answered helped me out and gave me a list of lawyers who may be able to help. She really listened to what I had to say and was empathetic to my situation. It was a great first impression, I wish we could have worked together. There weren't very many lawyer's offices who were like that when I called. Most of the others didn't seem to really care about my situation and rushed to get off the phone. Wanted to leave an excellent and well deserved review for Van Cleave Law firm, specifically Christopher Van Cleave. Although Mr. Van Cleave did not officially represent me as an acting attorney, he provided services as a liaison regarding a very difficult lawsuit brought upon me from an old client within a previous employer. It was a situation that was very difficult for me to navigate and get to a point where I was able to obtain proper legal counsel in another state (Mississippi) as I currently reside in Oregon. Not only was Christopher able to provide guidance, but he took valuable time out of his schedule, understood and sympathized with my unfortunate circumstances and acted admirably and professionally in the most outstanding way. Although I am not or was ever an official client of Van Cleave Law, I would highly recommend them to anyone in a situation in which they require the upmost dignified law firm, best patience and understanding of any situation you may be in.
