Very unprofessional and disrespectful. I made an appointment, spoke with the assistant and she said I would speak to the attorney after I answered all her questions which I did. When she was done and said I will transfer you to the attorney now, she came back and said he was on the phone with another client and would call me back after. I never got a call back so I called back and got voicemail, left a message and no call back... I can understand if I wasn't a bankruptcy candidate but at least have the decency of telling me instead of ghosting me.
Mr. Webb has either inadvertently issued his review about our firm or it is a fabricated post. We do not "ghost" clients or potential clients. We have never made an appointment with a "David Webb". Also, we do not have a female assistant as stated by "Mr. Webb", so "Mr. Webb" could not have spoken with a "female" assistant at our office. And if we can not handle your matter we will refer you and contact one of our referral attorneys on your behalf. I would request that "David Webb" call our office and I will immediately get this matter resolved for him it is true. Otherwise, if it is not true then it a defamatory post against a business---and North Carolina law provides business's with financial recourse against individuals who post defamatory statements about businesses or their owners.

I called this office TWICE and left a very detailed voicemail about my case asking for a call back and both a week apart. They say that he will get back to you shortly, and that's a lie.
Great 1st impression, very professional and understanding. I was referred to Matthew from another reputable lawyer. He responded back to every phone call and voicemail that I left initially. We set a time and date to come in and discuss our case and the meeting went well, he was friendly, understanding and didn't give out any false expectations. It's been 2 months since our initial visit and after leaving multiple voicemails we have received no further contact from him. To be honest it's very disappointing because I think Matthew is a good guy who ultimately wants to help his clients but unfortunately doesn't have time if you're a small fish in the world
