Robert VanHorn has been frivolously litigating me for the last eight years, which parallels the Vladek Filler case. You can Google it. Hancock County Court. He’s facing criminal charges and prison time for what he’s done to my family and I. He has a tendency to hide evidence and fabricate facts to gain wins in court, which are not wins at all, since fraud has to be overturned and reversed, due to the felony crime of perjury that it is. He bullies abuse victims to manipulate cases in court on behalf of his criminal clients in FAMILY court, which is not “familial” or even FRIENDLY at ALL. He’s been trying to financially extort me, tried TEARING MY FAMILY APART, and has had me falsely arrested on fabricated evidence. The DA dropped those charges because they knew he had been lying. Corruption. I will be pressing legal charges, and do not recommend this lawyer at all, (unless you want your cases to be thrown in the trash for incompetency and corruption.) The previous district attorney, (Mary Kellett Gray,) got fired from the district attorneys office for doing the exact same thing a few years prior. Robert VanHorn has a lower title than she did, and he committed the same crimes. 10/10, would NOT recommend. If I could’ve given him zero stars, I would have. It’s not an option on Google review. Edit: Robert Van Horn decided it was a good idea to PERJURE himself and FRIVOLOUSLY LITIGATE ME again last week. -Saturday, June 22, 2024. I’m putting him behind bars. Bar complaints have been filed.

Attorney, Robert & litigation counsel, Greg, are a force not to be reckoned with! I first spoke with Greg about my unjust circumstances in the Fall of 2021. He was very realistic about the high cost of litigating my (family court) case & gave insight to alternative reconciliation paths. He spent over an hour on the phone advocating for the best outcome in my case! However, it was indeed necessary, to retain Robert's services in Spring of 2023 after a year of bullying and assinine motions filed by the Ex. It was a very stressful scene but both Robert & Greg assured me that my case was strong and they'd handle this fight. True to this hope, (but many months & hearings later...) Robert won back my dignity and unjust financial losses. He's still my attorney on speed dial as the Narc Ex will regularly need a legal spank to comply with the Order.... but I'd have no one else represent me (and I've moved to another state!) You get what you pay for in life. I'm happy attorney Robert Van Horn has been a good investment for future security!

I'm a loss for words on how attorney Robert amazing, attentive, hard working lawyer, he truly is I hired this highly educated lawyer to do a criminal case for me and after a year he got the case dismissed for me, but....it wasn't an easy one he truly fought for me even though I didn't think I had a fighting chance he proved me wrong by getting my case dismissed he was worth every penny I paid him if you have a minor or serious criminal case pending against you waste no time hire attorney Robert van horn he's truly intelligent and actually fights for his clients I will definitely hire him again if I need him!
