I am incredibly disappointed with how I was treated by this firm. Josh came highly recommended to me by two lawyers I know from another firm. I was in a very tricky and time sensitive situation with my employer, and needed legal help. I completed the online intake form, waited over a week before someone named Carmen Z. reached out and informed me Josh was interested in my case and wanted to setup a call. She went over the fees and said let her know if I was still interested, I responded same day with yes. Another week went by, heard nothing, I sent a follow-up and never heard back. If a firm is too busy to take on new cases then just communicate that, I wasted WEEKS waiting to schedule my consultation only for Carmen to never respond to me. It's unacceptable to treat people this way. I made sure to tell the two lawyers who recommended Josh to not give his name anymore as a reference.

They were persistent and effective. My case was settled thru mediation and given the circumstances I was pleased. Josh is aggressive yet appropriate and thorough. Didn't respond to me

Working with Noel was an absolute pleasure. I was dealing with a difficult and confusing work situation and she did a fantastic job advising and helping me navigate to find the best solution. Would recommend 100%. The team was very thorough and timely in answering any questions and addressing any concerns during the whole process.

2 weeks to respond and then told me go to another attorney and the attorney who they recommended said they didn't know who van kampen even was.
