We were very please with Van Meters service. We obtained a good settlement. The only thing I would suggest is that they communicate more with the clients, but overall very professional and pleasant to work with. I would recommend them.

Personally I would not recommend this Law Firm to anybody. I recently had contact West Texas law firm specializing in an area the law never even got to met with the attorney and due to the fact that my first two appointments I had to cancel well ahead of time let your Van Buren refuse to even meet with me any further he totally lacks the ability to have any empathy for a disabled person and that is unacceptable in a professional manner in my personal opinion that's why I have only given him one star I wouldn't personally recommend this Law Firm to anybody.

This happened a couple of years ago. I had a clear cut malpractice case with evidence and everything. After a ridiculous offer was brought to me, I declined. I don't hear anything for awhile I call and they said I had agreed to a different offer that was never brought to me. I made them rescind immediately. I then played the waiting game. Eventually I get a letter saying they are dropping ne as a client. I called and asked why and they said their medical professional consultant advised my obvious case of medical malpractice was weak and unwinnable because I am overweight and diabetic and thats why In didn't heal up right. Within a year of starting my case I lost 100lbs (now 150) and dropped my A1C 4 points I did needed to be done to heal.
