I was injured in Iraq performing diplomatic security. I was left unable to work and had a surgery forced on me by a DBA Insurance provider. I was not represented by an attorney at the time. The surgery left me completely disabled at a very young age with a family to support. The insurance provider wanted me to have another surgery or lose my DBA benefits. I would have lost everything if this happened due to me being physically unable to work. About two months ago I hired Tim for an issue I that was having with my apartment complex. Tim worked quickly and efficiently to rectify the issue and get my money returned to me. He has wonderful communicaton skills and always kept me up to date with any new updates. So impressed! Would hire again for any future needs without hesitation.

Hired him and the first problem I had was when I left the office I thought his rate was $250 per hour and asked him to provide a monthly accounting and never received one ever, and I was not happy with his lack of response to my communication and not doing what he said so I terminated him and hired another attorney and after giving him a $6400 he refused to refund the balance after doing 2 hearings and 1 deposition. He is a nice guy but when you take $6400 for a couple hours work that we agreed on $250 per hour that makes him a crook in my book
