Don't talk with them terrible customer service specially Paul Marrero,he took my case said it would take 3 months it took over 6,after the settlement I've got a bill because Paul didn't provide the hospital insurance for the payment,now I cannot reach him because he blocked my phone number.TERRIBLE ATTORNEY DONT WASTE YOURE TIME.

Look out for Paul he took our case and said it wouldn't take more than 30 days and it took him almost 2 months to get bills and records and I got them in 24 hours and fired him cause he wasn't doing his job trying to drag things out to charge more and he put a lean on my wife and my settlements 4000 each for doing next to nothing and a fee for paperwork. This is wrong and he gets away with it.

Bob Vannahs’s firm is by far the best injury firm in the state, Insurance companies are afraid of them, There are always several assistants on the cases, and the attorneys talk to the clients and to the adjustor. Everyone I have referred him to is super happy. The minute you go to Bob’s floor you can feel the quality and know you are in the best hands possible.

I used them in 2013. They gave great service. I tried Golightly and Vannah since I moved to Reno. It's not the same. The Reno location is disrespectful, rude and doesn't care. I'll never use them again.

The intake paralegal is nasty.She called me a bunch of names Their horrible legal intake person kept calling me FALSELY BRANDED VEXATIOUS LITIGANT. I HAVE 6 APPEALS PENDING IN NEVADA SUPREME COURT DUE TO JUDICIAL ABUSE ,PREJUDICE.

Bob Vannah is an incredible attorney. His reputation precedes him. He is brilliant, seasoned, and frequently works miracles on cases which other attorneys turn down or believe have minimal value. He is kind and caring with his clients and a wonderful colleague to work with. Even if he cannot help, Bob puts in as much time as it takes to find another lawyer who can. This speaks to how much Bob cares for his clients. I highly recommend Bob.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone going to this law firm the commutation & lack of transparency is poor and unprofessional on all levels it’s sad his representative is an ambulance chasers looking for clients to get over on. Just sick. People of Las Vegas please report this firm to the BBB that will be my next step
