I had excellent experience with this law firm. We had solar panels installed on our roof, and the solar company's faulty installation caused leaks in multiple areas, eventually forcing us to replace the entire roof. Even then, the company refused to accept any responsibility. I sought legal counsel, and Attorney Gonzalez promptly responded to my inquiry. He reviewed all documents and arranged expert witnesses. He and Attorney Vargas anticipated the defendant’s tactics, and when the solar company brought forward weak excuses during arbitration, they were fully prepared to counter them. After the arbitration, Attorney Ruiz submitted a well-reasoned brief that further strengthened my case. I sincerely appreciate the expertise and dedication of Attorneys Gonzalez, Vargas, and Ruiz in resolving this matter. I’d also like to thank Jennifer, the paralegal, for coordinating communication throughout this long process. Holding the solar company accountable for the damage they caused was a lengthy and challenging journey. If you want someone to represent you and fight for you tooth and nail, this is the man.

For me, the worst law firm ever. It took seven years to close my case, and the results were terrible. They changed lawyers three times; it was always a story. They gave me hope, waiting for the judge to authorize me to be covered by the insurance policy so I could win the case. But when they finally did, it was a different story. If I took the ridiculous offer the insurance company made, I could lose the case and have to pay the lawyers' fees myself. 🤦🏻‍♀️ It was a good excuse to avoid going to trial, because supposedly, if the judge approved me being covered by the insurance, we would have won most of the case. God, the worst experience with lawyers I've ever had. They are incredibly incompetent, and it takes them days and days to even answer a message. After seven years of waiting, I think the only person who answered was the owner of the firm, but other than that, none of the people who work there have an ounce of professionalism. I don't recommend them at all. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

I trusted this law firm to assist me with an ongoing issue I’ve been having with Lumio and their financial company, GoodLeap. Initially, the law firm was quick to take on my case, but then they left me hanging without any notification or response to my messages. This has been the most unprofessional law firm I’ve ever encountered. As a result, my credit score has been negatively impacted, and now I have to find another law firm willing to take on my case.

Approximately three years ago, I trusted this firm to litigate a water damage case in the kitchen of my rental property. During all this time, I had very little information or contact with their firm. Approximately four months ago, I accepted a fairly reduced settlement because I didn't want to continue waiting for litigation. Several times, they sent me documents to notarize and complete, which I promptly did. However, it's been approximately two months and I haven't received the two checks owed. I contact them by phone, and either the person in charge is having lunch, or they ask me to leave my information so they can return my call, or they tell me the checks will arrive soon. I have written several emails to the lady in charge (of which I have a copy), and she doesn't even bother to answer them. In today's email, I informed her that I would have to write derogatory reviews, as negligence and disrespect should not be qualities for any self-respecting employee or company. I hope that the just request I am making here will finally be taken into account.
