Thank you, Jo!
Thank you, Jeanna!
Excellent service. Timely. Very knowledgeable and dependable.
We appreciate the review and are always here to help. Thanks again!
They handled my no contest divorce and made the process so easy and with the best price on the coast. Everything was smooth and quick amd they always answered any questions I had. Thank you!
Very happy to hear you had a good experience. As always keep us in mind for any future legal needs. Thank you!
Used their services several years ago. They’re really good at telling you when they need more money, but when you ask for some kind of documentation stating how that money is being used, then you’re just out of line. I did come out ahead on my particular issue. However, I’ve never seen where their services were the cause of that outcome. I was just able to outspend the other side.
I would not recommend this law office for any AFRICAN AMERICAN or human being for that matter…While going through a nasty divorce..Tara Burgard (Paralegal) who told me she takes non-prescribed Adderall pills consistently released information to my then estranged husband over the phone and agreed to accept payments at their office from him without my acknowledgement. You will never see or speak with the said Attorney Casey Varnado himself. My concerns were brought to his office he never personally contacted me. He has fabricated stories to tell to protect his law firm..This said Attorney & his staff has displayed nothing but disrespect, bigotry and refused to refund any money and ask me to continue service with them when no work was filed or processed during my complaint to the Attorney and threaten to charge me more if I went elsewhere via letter. ANYTHING that I am stating here can be provided with the letters on hand received from this office that Tera herself sent & one letter had all caps typed and sent to me which is a form of screaming..They do not value or respect their clients. My paperwork was constantly delayed on due dates and they will not communicate in a professional & prompt manner. I will never use or recommend them to anyone. If you are having or have had any issues with this office I advise you to file a complaint with THE MS BAR ASSOCIATION.
Thank you for the review!
We appreciate the review!
Great experience! Highly recommend.
Varnado law is great. Mr. Varnado explained the process of the divorce step by step. They are friendly everytime I would go in or called. They explained the the next step in the process. Very friendly atmosphere. Thank you guys so much for the help.

Casey Vornado is the worst lawyer in the state of Mississippi I don't recommend anyone use this crock he law office is uselessness they so anyone and ever one ifthey can tell their clients what to do and when to do it if you want to use the most sorry excude for a lawyer go right a head a use Casey Vornado but if you want a good lawyer and honest lawyer use anyone but Casey veranda he's freaking JOKE
Ms. Malley,
To begin, you are NOT my client, nor have you ever been. In fact you occupy an adversarial position. I hope people understand that anyone that does not get what they want can throw a tantrum on Google. That is what you have done. I do no represent you, nor would I.

I encourage all prospective clients to understand that someone will always feel hurt and lash out. If you were my client I would ask you to explain. As it stands you are an adversarial party that is unhappy.

Casey Varnado
Paid these lawyers for my original divorce, they told that even though I was forced to be a stay at home mom during my marriage I wasnt entitled to alimony as Hancock county doesn't award alimony. I found out from MS legal services that this information is utterly wrong for a stay at home parent alimony needs to be paid out . Now thanks to this I'm homeless because I have no income and my ex husband refused to let me go back to school.
You were never told in any way or shape or form that alimony "was not awarded" by any specific court. In an uncontested divorce both parties must AGREE to the terms of the divorce. You were told that alimony could not be forced in an uncontested matter and that to pursue it would require a full adversarial contested divorce. That would of course be much more expensive. Your memory of the events are incorrect. You elected to forgo pursuing these matters in a contested case. Your decision, not mine.

I appreciate feedback from my clients but I will not sit idle while you publish libelous and incorrect information. You are responsible for your statements.
I would really appreciate to know why... I would like to improve.
Cool
Thank you!
