I had originally retained them regarding an EPO. They listened to nothing I had to say, made it where I would be looked at as the aggressor, I sent emails of the bruises I had yet they never received them still. Told me the judge never turns EPO'S into DVO'S. There is a whole list of things I was told because "they knew the judge"..but you had no idea what myself or the kids endured from this person. I am very disappointed by their lack of compassion..it seemed like they were just wanting a quick $$.

After reaching out to Vaugh Petitt requiring a legal matter I was pleased with my first two interactions. A fact finding call and a follow up was quite positive. They advised me of options and asked for additional supporting documents. After trading one or two additional emails the responses ceased and I ultimately received a form letter saying they weren’t interested in helping me. Fortunately I was able to find another attorney that was able to help drive my issue to a more than satisfactory result. I’d recommend looking elsewhere for representation before running the risk of having your time wasted with Vaughn Pettit.
