This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with another human being in my life. Jessica wouldn’t even listen to my case and story for 3 minutes before mocking me and telling me to shut up. She wouldn’t hear my case. Then she charged me $400 for an 8 minute phone call when she wouldn’t even listen to me. Big chip on the shoulder. Big disrespect. Don’t use Jessica Vincent, she is not good.

Unsatisfactory experience with Mr. Carbone.

I contacted VCV to sell my mothers house, and everything was easy....well except the 18 inches of snow on Closing date. However, even with the office closed, Josh Paultre made it his mission to get the closing done and done well. His attention to detail and steady handling of the process gave me confidence i made the right choice. Jenn there was also equally fantasic. She showed patience, kindess and professionalism through a process that I am sure is just a typical legal transaction for them, but it was unfamiliar territory for me. I never was made to feel like a bother or that my questions we dumb ones (and they WERE!). Wouldn't hesitate to contact them agan for any legal needs, if its not something they handle, I would take their reccomendations in a heartbeat.

Attorney Carbone failed to handle his basic duties as a guardian ad litem. Think twice about this firm.​​​​

If they're against you, don't be surprised if your pet dies. Thanks to them, my leopard gecko died as a result of their negligence regarding proper transportation. I was specifically told on the phone with them that he wouldn't die and was abruptly hung up on for asking, "how do you know, have you owned a reptile before?" Just 20 minutes after getting him back, he went into shock, stiffened up and passed away. Nothing but heartless people who's sole focus is winning an argument

Jessica was very helpful and knowledgeable of family law. She will tell it to you straight and not give unrealistic expectations. Jessica took all the stress and worry out of the entire process for me, from filing motions to prepping myself and a superior cross for my trial. I have been in family court proceedings for over ten years with other attorneys, Jessica, by far, has been the most attentive and diligent. I will be retaining her again for any future proceedings. In my last trial I was awarded full custody of my daughter thanks to Jessica helping me portray my concerns and showing what was in the best interest for my daughter. I highly recommend Jessica!

So helpful and understanding.

A lawyer that charges per minute time she spoke on phone when a relative called her to chat and client was NOT notified nor told they charge phone calls per minute even if client did not know relative called this firm. Over $700.charged. PER MINUTE! Very greedy lawyers

I would highly recommend this firm. Crystal Doolity-Mills was so helpful with me in dealing with my mother's estate. She was so patient, understanding, and caring. And also very knowledgeable with all the laws. My mother is finally resting now, knowing her family is taken care of.
