After contacting 4 different lawyers trying to get a straight answer for Information for a family Trust only 3 responded back. I was informed to make an appointment for any questions I had which definitely surprised me that not one question I asked could be answered? It was when I received a call from Ms. Jennifer Venable ( Attorney at Law) who without hesitation answered all my questions with such a professional manner that I was intrigued so much I had to meet her because she made me feel so comfortable and how pleasant she was over the phone. I then received a call a couple days latter from there office by Ms. Leslie Pettis that Ms.Venable had all the paperwork ready for me and my Fiancé to sign with her office Notery dept. All the paperwork was organized on the desk as Ms. Venable went over every part of each section of the Trust clearing explaining everything in detail as we signed each page having it legally notarized, once everything was completed two days latter we were notified that the folder was completed for me and to make arrangements to come in to review and complete the process making sure I was happy with the outcome and then being given a very nice leather folder highlighting all the details of the Trust. I want to personally thank the staff of Venable Legacy Planning for their service and dedication to helping me with such an amazing experience, I want to personally thank Ms. Jennifer Venable for her outstanding professional service she showed us at one of her firms located in Hemet Ca. Her good work handling all the paperwork and informing us about her yearly check in with us for any questions we may have for the future and assuring us she will be there every step of the way when needed. Where do I start? I am a disabled Navy veteran 100% rated and live in Hemet, California. I own my own home and take care of my senior mother who is 89 years old, my health, as a disabled veteran has been very challenging with different procedures in the hospital. I never thought about a family trust or a living trust, but realize if I have net worth of asset, a whole lot is going to come off of the top if I don’t have a will and a living trust. What the law office of Jennifer Venable did was to ensure that my loved ones will not have to go through probate! Think about it 10% of your whole estate will be charged for probate lawyers, if you take the time to make the proper paperwork, you will not suffer your loved ones to go through the nightmare of probate.

Meeting Jennifer, she was so knowledgeable and inspiring. I had no idea that having a Will, will not be sufficient upon leaving this world. I learned that having a Trust, is necessary to give your family or loved ones what you want to leave them without red tape. I am so glad we met and I will be getting a Trust set up soon.
