They never pick up the phone , nor respond to emails or messages sent on their contact form nor bothered to call back.

They charge a $35 dollar fee for referral and referral called me that day

Why is it so hard to find a good attorney.

This organization claims to be so helpful and that their lawyers can refer to other attorneys if they can't help, yet the office personnel is rude as can be and the lawyers they gave me don't refer to anyone else except back to the same unprofessional and rude bunch of people who answer the phones. Now I can't even reach anyone because calls go right to a recorded message. Please take heart that people like myself calling your office are usually injured and need help, and treating us so rudely (raising your voice, being aggressive and assumptive, hanging up on me, and not listening) is more insult to injury. There is no number to call for a manager of supervisor. Please get some new staff members who can simply be professional and decent.

Fantastic assistance with a probate issue.

The Ventura County Bar Association has a free referral service which puts potential clients in need of legal assistance in touch with attorneys who may best be able to help them based on their legal specialty. I was investigating whether I should have a legal document reviewed prior to signing it, and I reached out to Ventura County Bar Association for an attorney referral. They gave me the name of an attorney who would like to be able to help me, and they followed up with an email confirming the same information. A few minutes after I received the email, I received a phone call from that attorney. We discussed my legal needs, but I decided not to pursue any legal assistance due to cost.

I drove from Camarillo because no one answered the phone and their answering system was werid. I spoke with someone name Rosie, who told me I can pay $35 to get a consultation with a random attorney. I couldnt get a list of attorneys to choose from. Which made no sense to me because I would like to know who I'm paying $35 to randomly meet to MAYBE take my case.

The staff are responsive, thoughtful and professional.
