My hit-and-run case was dismissed, and my CDL was saved. Facts: A driver hit my truck when I turned from a plaza onto the main street. According to my dash cam footage, the other driver immediately took off. Later, he somehow spoke with the police and accused me of hit and run. I did not stop right away to report the property damage because I saw him speeding away. I was stopped by the police at the next traffic light and was issued a hit-and-run ticket as a criminal charge. According to the police report, the other driver was driving with a suspended driver’s license and without insurance. My attorney, Ms. Fowler, helped get the hit-and-run case dismissed. She was very patient when I first called her office and remained professional, efficient, and supportive throughout the entire process. Her legal assistant, Kim, is very responsive, friendly, and personable. I was updated every week and informed about what would happen next and the expected timelines. My opinion: I should have stopped to report the property damage, even though the other driver fled the scene. In my view, both parties shared some responsibility. Never had to get a lawyer before and lindsey along with the assistants felt like friends they worked with me and did most of the work .. friendly and persistent . Got the job done mission accomplished I recommend this office to anyone who’s in need of a professional and friendly atmosphere . But don’t be fooled . Greg is the rudest attorney I have ever worked with. He’s short, dismissive and has hung up on me several times. At one of the worst times in someone’s life you want to feel like someone is in your corner. He never was and it was a waste of money. Maybe because I am a woman? His male clients seem to be happy. I can’t believe attorneys don’t take a sensitivity class, or maybe he just skipped that. He should respect his clients, I could not afford to fire him and hire someone else and he took advantage of that. How dare you? You are not better than me. I have a higher degree as well. Humble yourself and maybe work on your empathy.

Lindsay Fowler is an amazing attorney. She is kind, understanding, helpful, tenacious, and a very competent defense lawyer. She will fight for you, and will not rest in assisting you. She helped me in my case to prove my innocence, and has done an outstanding job as an attorney. In the time since I was charged, the prosecutor died, a new one came and stubbornly took me to court, COVID hit, and delays in the city's collection of evidence meant that the case lasted for over a year, and Lindsay fought for me the whole way through. She went to trial with me despite the obvious risks of coronavirus. She provided me reassurance when I testified as a sympathetic witness. And despite everything that stood in our way, she proved to the jury our case, knew the case law inside and out, and used her deep knowledge to keep the prosecution in check at all times. After about 8 pathetic administrative failures, like sending us the same (wrong document 3 times, being non-reponsive to simple things) over two months we're told "I feel like we have really gotten off on the wrong foot. My practice is very busy..." and "I think it is probably best for you to find other counsel." Well... I couldn't agree more. Thanks for totally wasting 2 months of our time.
