I haven't spoken to a lawyer in months and haven't received any news about my case in a long time.

Several people call repeatedly requesting the same documents, but when you ask about the progress of your case, they never know anything and give no clear answers. However, they do take payments from your card every month, and if a payment doesn't go through, they call daily to collect, but not to provide any information about your case. I've asked many times to speak with lawyer Denisse, and they always make excuses. I've been dealing with them for over a year now, and I've never had any contact with her. Initially, they promised documents within eight months, and to this day, they haven't resolved anything. Terrible service.
