When I learned that a lawsuit had been filed against our family business of 22 years, I was out of the country with only days to respond. By sheer luck, I came across Mr. Ted Roe and Veritas Business Law. Ted took on the case immediately and was able to calm me during what was an extremely anxiety-filled time. Despite my being overseas, Ted continued to work closely with me—mostly via email due to the time difference—and, in what I can only assume was record time, successfully had our business removed from the case entirely before I even returned from my trip. I had never needed a lawyer before, nor had our business, but I am deeply grateful that Ted was the one we found. His impeccable professionalism and efficiency were outstanding. For the first time in my life, someone is threatening to sue me. The flood of emotions that come with such a threat is overwhelming. Even on a baseless and meritless claim, the threat feels overwhelming. When I called Veritas, Mr. Theodore (Ted) Roe answered the phone himself. He listened carefully and with interest about my issue and really made me feel calmer. We discussed the issue. We also discussed him representing my company and his attorney fees. He was forthright, came across as extremely knowledgeable and was willing to work with me. He was very giving of his time and I didn't feel as though he was tracking every second of every conversation we had. God forbid, if this ever happens again, I will be calling Ted for help. Thank you, Ted, for all you did.

It's scary when you need a lawyer, but I can say that Ted and the team at Veritas Business Law made it a much easier experience.
