Does not defend, he is the only court appointed attorney in fargo, so I had no choice. The evidence he retreaved helped police suddenly of case. Doesn't care about defending when he helps the other side and tries to convince you a guilty plea, without evidence from both sides of case, the judge will always find you guilty. He did not even mention im unable to work due to chronic pain that has left me broke and home's with no income, did not defend or let me speak one word though out whole ordeal.

Terrible, misled me and I ended up with 4 additional warrants. Followed every advice he gave and still ended up doing house arrest in addition to the plea we argreed to. STORMI VICKERS doesn’t respond to your attempts at contact and refuses to return telephone calls and emails. Never ever take him to court with you. If you ever do, immediately ask for another attorney. You’ll thank me later.

I would like to take a moment to share my sincere appreciation for Stormy Vickers, who has been, without question, the most exceptional attorney I’ve ever worked with. As someone in her 30s with limited understanding of the legal system, I entered a challenging legal situation feeling overwhelmed and disheartened. Prior to Stormy, I had been represented by two court-appointed attorneys. Despite believing in my innocence, I was mentally preparing myself for a loss, simply because I felt unheard and unsupported. The case spanned nearly a year, filled with emotional setbacks and uncertainty. When my second attorney had to withdraw due to a conflict of interest, Stormy was appointed to my case. Initially, I didn’t know what to expect—but from the moment he stepped in, everything changed. Stormy took the time to truly listen. He explained the legal process clearly and thoroughly, never once making me feel like a burden. Although I was a court-appointed client, he treated me with the same respect and dedication as if I were privately retained. For the first time, I was made aware of my options—something my previous attorneys had failed to do. Stormy remained in consistent contact throughout the case, offering reassurance and clarity. Then, one day, he called and said, “Do not show up at court tomorrow.” My case had been dropped. This outcome is life-changing for me. Over the past year, I’ve learned so much—not only about the law, but about resilience and the importance of having someone truly advocate for me. Stormy fought for me when I didn’t know how to fight for myself, and for that, I will be forever grateful. Stormy, thank you. Your dedication has made a profound impact on both my life and my family’s. We are deeply appreciative of everything you’ve done.

Mr. Vickers was appointed to my best friends federal conspiracy case and has been terrible. More than 2 and 1/2 months AFTER sentencing she is still stuck in Sherburne County MN not receiving adequate healthcare for some pretty serious health issues including a known heart condition. He tells her to call on a certain day and doesn't answer, he sets up video visits and just doesn't show up. More than 2 weeks ago I sent him an email asking him just to direct me where I need to go or who I need to call to try and get some answers for her and he never even bothered to respond. If your expecting Mr. Vickers to advocate for you or your loved one you should start lowering your expectations now
