Very bad lawyer. You have to chase after him for him to even give you any kind of response, but he doesn't actually do anything. I had to hire another lawyer because the lawyer from Serrano did absolutely nothing in the two weeks my husband was in jail. Don't hire him; he's only good for collecting his fees.

I hired this guy to represent my son's case because he made all this promises, to make the long story short he wasnt able to deliver what he promised all he did as soon as I paid him in full, he bailed out of the case and didnt represent my son in his last case. He is a con artist dont hire him, he is very rude and doesn't really care about his clients he is all about money
