I called to inquire about a situation involving a storage unit, and multiple firms have said we have a case. I was disconcerted by how quickly the rep pushed me off the phone without listening to my situation, and without referencing me to an attorney. Very disappointing. There are many mire careful firms to consider. I've never met Victor himself, Victor may be great, but his rep? No.
