My mother needed social security representation after open heart and other medical complications. We met with Brett, we we're talked at and down too. The conversation got very heated and was told there isn't even a case. Literally went down the street to another law firm, and within 2 months time we won the case, and the judge wanted to know why this wasn't approved by social security, and to let brett know this was an easy win, but this his loss.

The level of laziness and apathy is unbelievable. I've used this firm before on other matters and trusted in referring my personal friend with expectations that they'd treat matters to the same standards. To learn how this attorney conducts matters is a blemish on this firm. I regret referring now.

So unfortunately I needed representation and was referred to Brett by a friend in town. Brett and his team are amazing. Debbie his paralegal is smart knowledgeable and responsive to all my questions or needs. When I needed help getting the medical care due to me under the law Brett and Debbie were there and have continued to be helpful. I personally despise the way some lawyers focus on money and getting over on opposing parties. I want a lawyer that is professional knowledgeable and fights for me not his personal bank account or so he can “stick it to the man”. If you want to get over on someone Brett is not for you. However, if you want to get the best possible outcome for you that is allowed under the law Brett Vidogsky is the lawyer you want. He puts your priorities ahead all all others.

Mr. Vigodsky met with me for five minutes. He gave me a form to prove my disability but I had medical evidence with me. His form would have cost me a ton to get filled out. I felt he was calling me a liar. I won't ever go back to see him again. Also, his staff had done an "intake" two days before I met with him. They could have informed me about "the form" instead of wasting my time.
