(EDITED Review 3/1/2026 Virginia King helped me settle a 11 month fued I had with a online content creator and helped me get a slanderous video of me edited to remove the slanderous parts! Original review: While I didn't decide to move forward on my lawsuit with another youtuber, Virginia King definitely did make me feel better knowing that I indeed was slandered by someone else and that said person slandering me doesn't represent humanity as a whole. Attorney Virginia King was hired to send me a demand letter on behalf of my ex employers client. After receiving the USPS notice, I emailed Virginia informing her that I was an ex employee of that company and put her on notice of my serious health issues. She then falsely accused me of receiving the letter twice, falsely accused me of emailing her client and then threatened to involve the police, despite me sending her client a cease and desist for harassing and invasive behavior months prior. Virginias negligent and reckless conduct caused serious harm to my existing condition. An experienced attorney should review facts before making egregious claims. Update: Attorney Virginia King sent a baseless cease and desist (inside of her own clients letter) demanding that I remove this review within 48 hours, or she would sue me for defamation. The fact that she would include her own personal demand inside of her clients letter is a red flag. It seems that she's using her status as an attorney to intimidate me into deleting this review, which is a major ethical concern. I have reported her to the Pennsylvania disciplinary board regarding this behavior.

I have retained Virginia King for several years. She has always amazed me with her knowledge of the law and how to proceed in any type of situation. I would not have any one else but her. She is always available if I have questions and makes me feel at ease after speaking with her. Great lawyer

I recently had a phone consultation with Virgina King. She was extremely knowledgeable, transparent and resourceful.
