Hands down some of the best lawyers in El Paso, and I've dealt with many. I hired them recently and I wouldn't hire anyone else in the future. They are my go-to. If you're looking for a lawyer and you come across this review, this is your sign to hire them. They might not be the cheapest lawyers, but I've hired cheap ones and got cheap results...when it comes to them you will get what you pay for. These lawyers will FIGHT FOR YOU AND EVEN DO THIER HOMEWORK on your case. I've dealt with other lawyers who will take your money, add fees at the end to get more money from you and do the bare minimal for you. Mrs.Villasenor/Mr. Deck will call you about your case, email you about your case, and keep you informed throughout your case, so that you're always aware about what goin on, what could happen and what options you have concerning your case. What more could you ask for out of a lawyer.

I live in Washington State, and Celia's office (and Dessarae, her legal assistant) have been amazing partners in helping us navigate the bureaucracy and red tape in completing our adoption. I was given a list of attorneys from DFPS, and picked one at random - I'm so happy I picked Celia's office. We have been struggling with Texas Vital Records to get our son's birth certificate amended, and started running into a deadline of needing proof of citizenship so that we could travel with him internationally. When Texas Vital Records dropped the ball again, Dessarae was INSTRUMENTAL in trying to help us get the problems resolved, eventually sending a runner to get a certified copy of his original birth certificate and our adoption decree so that we could travel (and saved us from losing $4000 on our vacation!). If you're adopting a child from DFPS, especially if you live out of state, please consider using Celia's office, you won't be disappointed!

She kept me informed every step of the way, let me know every possible outcome and eased my mind with her guidance through the entire process.
