I applied for Disability for the first time after my arthritis and mental health conditions became so bad I could not work or have much of a life. I applied at soc. sec. on Park Ave. I was not at all familiar with the process but it was quite overwhelming.of course I was Denied. My therspist recomended Mr. Piazza to me. She said CALL HIM.She knows I am anti social and procrastinator.. Anyway the minute I called I was hopeful. His staff filed an Appeal and all I had to do was keep up my Dr, appts and get some papers filled out . I had a Hearing in person and the judge ruled my case fully favorable. Mr. Vincent J. Piazza is an awesome attorney and his staff is also. If you have a legitimate claim Mr. Piazza will make sure you'll win your case. I used him for a case in 2005 and won.. I unfortunately can't work now , I was denied of course but when I hired Mr. Piazza we won a fully favorable award. My friend used him and win his case after 5 years but he had his associate represent him she was a great attorney I would recommend this law firm to anyone some cases win faster then other's but that's how the process goes especially if you're younger it will take some time.
