I hope people read this before hiring these individuals. I paid them a $4000 retainer. Come to find they didn't file the paperwork I told them to file to prove my innocence. Didn't even bother showing up to court. In order to proceed they wanted an extra $2000. So basically they took my money and ran. I expected them to fight for me. But it's all good I'm a huge believer in karma. When they least expect it life will take care of it. No hard feelings. Just be aware people. I get it people have to make a living. But what happened to looking out for the little guy. Didn't even bother to offer me to finance the rest. The only real lawyer out there is Jehova he will take care of all my troubles.

Please pay attention to all the 1 star reviews!! I was promised an amount to get me to the point we are at now and it's doubled that. The one MSC we had Daniel had someone else go for him and now they just dropped ME 3 weeks prior to court for questioning invoices. If you are worried to retain a lawyer bc you do not want to waste money or feel taken advantage of, please hire ANYONE ELSE.

My best friend hired this firm to defend her in family law. The other attorney was so much better, he walked all over Daniel Ratajczak and even hinted at offering him a job! This guy was a total wimp and allowed my friend to sign a very poorly written agreement that only favors the opposing side and keeps the attorneys in an open dispute. Total disregard for his fiduciary duties! An absolute disgrace to the true practice of law. They're only good at one thing, obscure and padded billing practices!

Can’t even begin to express the gratitude I have for both Catherine and Daniel. What a journey it has been! They have fought hard for our case, been extremely knowledgeable, professional, helpful and they are both absolutely amazing in the court room! They handle themselves so well and are very respected by the judges. We have a very complicated case and they amaze me everyday with their ideas and knowledge on moving forward. Couldn’t recommend them enough. They are the best lawyers around and have the best team behind them. Their paralegal Isabel is amazing as well! Thank you guys!

I'd give them a half star if I could. $20k for simple divorce and child support settlement. When I questioned there practices I was told I was being a**holeish by the new partner.

I would not recommend Matt Vincent to anyone for a divorce attorney. As bad as going through a divorce is, dealing with Mr. Vincent and his staff was even worse. Every time I met with Mr.Vincent about my case, I had to remind who I was and what my case was about. He even over charged me for a phone conversation that I had with him, and per his staff I was told that I would be charged to contest the charges. At one point his Paralegal asked me if we found what we were looking for with discovery. Which is something that I was told would not take place, due to it costing a great deal of money. I never authorized that action, but Mr. Vincent did it anyways and charged me for it. You would think that a professional and knowledgeable staff would know what they did and shouldn’t have to ask the client what happened. Mr. Vincent didn’t fight for me during my divorce process, all he kept saying was just settle and put this behind you. It appeared that Mr. Vincent did not care about me as a client, but only as a revenue source. It’s sad that someone like this is in a position to take advantage of someone during a legal process when they hired him to help them.

You need to read this before you decide to place your hopes in this Law Group's capabilities. I'm speaking the full truth about a very recent situation. They have a 'paralegal' named Maria who lacks consideration towards your concerns. She enjoys being condescending towards the attorney's clients as I heard it myself. Should you need to speak to the actual attorney make sure to be clear that you DO NOT wish to speak to Maria at all. Maria will only add to your stress in lieu of making this already difficult situation a bit smoother. She will act as an attorney when she's in no position to give advice. Additionally, the attorney rushed away after a court session without thoroughly going over "what just happened" in the court room. You would hope for a proper follow-up to address any concerns and questions you may have. Well, that's not the case so far - going on 2 days now. If you're paying for an attorney you should be able to make an appointment with your attorney and your attorney should commit to their appointment - especially when your attorney rushes to leave to another case right after a court session. Reconsider. You don't want additional stress!

I finished working with Catherine moved out of the area did not contact the firm. a year later they emailed me ask me to sign paperwork I didn't only because I thought I was helping them with their paper trail I even said "as long as you don't charge me". they did $700 for stuff I didn't ask for need or want. totally unexpected Blindsided by a trick. I am a service plumber and wouldn't can't work like these professionals. I am very disappointed in who I chose to work with. She may be changing her focus to politics and practicing how to rip people off. Beware or this office
