Would not recommend, my husband has asbestosis, and yet they said they couldn't help him, very disappointed, so I advocated for him myself, I helped him get 60 percent, now we are going for 100 percent, guess we didn't need you..... update as of December 2022, After reading this review, my husband was contacted, by the law firm, and was asked if I would delete this review, if they helped him with his claim, we got all the necessary doctors papers, showing my husband's lung condition had worsened, and submitted everything in September, Today, yet again we received all his paperwork back, and a letter stating the firm could not help him, even though all his paperwork clearly states he has asbestosis, and it is military related. If I could rate the firm a ZERO, I would, let down again... I would never recommend your firm to anyone. You build people's hopes up, And dash them on the rocks....update even though I have given them two bad reviews, the firm still sends out stuff to us, I have no idea what's inside, as I promptly put return to sender on the envelope. We have no interest in your firm. As of August of this year 2024 my husband gets 100 percent, I helped him, I guess I should have gone to law school, I did better then your firm, 2025 my husband passed away

I can't say enough good things about Vinson Law. The staff are all polite and respectful to me. They are an honest and straightforward firm. My only regret I have with Vinson Law was when I went to Tampa for my IME I did not allow myself enough time to stop at Vinson Law and meet the staff that I had talked with over the phone and thank them in person for all that they have done for me.

Since I have no experience in this type of legal matters, I have found the Vinson people helpful and patient. The only problem I have a hearing disability. The phone conversations are problematic.

Vinson Law took the lead in getting our family compensation from the asbestos companies that provided asbestos to companies that eventually caused illnesses in people working at those sites.
