I contacted Viper Law after being injured in an accident, hoping for help. I shared my situation and was told they would get back to me, but they never did. Their lack of communication is unprofessional and disrespectful, especially when dealing with someone in pain and seeking assistance. I did not know what to expect when I got into my accident. When I came into contact with Viper Law I knew they were legit and not one of those fake law offices. They were extremely professional, had a lot of empathy and sympathy for what had happened. Viper Law and there Medical Associates had my best interest since day one. I on the other hand was a mess from beginning to end. Everyone I came into contact with was very understanding and patient with me through my chaos as I had other events taking place at the same time. I truly appreciate each and everyone one of them.
