This has been the most disorganized firm I’ve ever dealt with. After signing, I went a month without communication, then was reassigned to a new lawyer. Since then, I’ve had to constantly chase them down via emails, calls, and their app just to get updates. After sending multiple follow-ups, they often suggest making an appointment just to explain why they haven’t updated me—always blaming “emergencies” or “holidays.” Documentation I submit often goes months without a response, yet they’re lightning-fast when it comes to money. The only exception is Jasmine—she’s responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to reach, even responding faster than other lawyers at the firm. If it weren’t for her, I wouldn’t have any guidance. I cannot recommend anyone else here.
