I waited months for a consultation appointment phone call that never came. I coordinated time for the appointment with my work. I received two confirmation emails the day of the appointment. The scheduled appointment time came and went with no call. I then called to inquire and was immediately told that the person I needed to talk to wasn’t available, though I never said who I was supposed to talk to. The receptionist(?) said they’d “pass the message along”. I’m pretty disappointed about this whole thing.

I almost hate leaving a bad review, but I have to this time. Mr. Justin had been very lenient and always delayed when sending any response, I had to follow up several time with my every task from the day 1, He never really cared or valued the business and would not recommend VSBL to any one.
Arsheen, I am very sorry to hear you were not satisfied with my responsiveness. As we worked together almost a year ago on your legal work I had to go back and review our interaction to evaluate my performance. I always like to take criticism and learn from it.<br><br>I was originally retained by you in person at my office on 11/10/17 (Veterans Day) at 4pm. I told you my standard turnaround time for the work you hired me for is "about one week, could be a few days less or it could be a few days more." I updated you on my progress on 11/15/17 and again on 11/20/17. I sent your documents to you on 11/21/17, 11 calendar days or 7 business days later. There were no complaints or problems with the quality of the work. I also had a few follow up questions/requests that were sent by you on holidays such as 11/23/17 (Thanksgiving) and 12/31/17 (New Year's Eve) which were replied to upon my return to the office the following week.<br><br>We then recently interacted as your company was up for its annual renewal. When I notified you of the renewal you said you did not want to pay for me to do it and you would handle it yourself, but then you wanted assistance with the renewal even though you were not paying me. I forwarded you the renewal paperwork within a week so that you could do the work yourself.<br><br>Again I apologize for any miscommunications and delays. It seems there were some misunderstandings and delays in my responses due to holidays. If you're a small business looking for competent and affordable legal assistance I recommend Virginia Small Business Law. We don't have big company legal problems and don't need/can't afford to pay big company legal people. VSBL took the time to understand what we were trying to accomplish with a business transaction, and provided solid paperwork to memorialize the agreement and protect us as much as possible.
