They processed a real estate transaction for us. Our house was paid off and the buyer was paying cash. It took 30 days to close. Less than 24hrs before close they started messaging us with things that needed done that they claim they just learned of. We had to take time off work to deal with the issues to keep the same closing date and time. The added the buyers agent commission without even discussing it with us. We agreed they would pay their own agent fees. And when I voiced my frustrations because I dont believe that they just found out about stuff at the last min there excuse was that they are busy. I don't pay people to give me excuses and cause unnecessary stress in my life because they have poor time management skills or gave other clients priority. There was also a change at the end because the buyers wanted to change something we had already agreed to. They tried to convince me that it would be a breech of contract in an attempt to avoid writing an addendum. Would not use or recommend this firm.
