Last may I was in a hit and run car accident. My car was totaled and I sustained injuries that required medical care and therapy. From our 1st meeting I was impressed with Brian Zaber. He immediately addressed my issues and my fears. From start to finish he kept me informed . He worked with my insurance company and got me a great settlement far beyond my expectations. When he felt something was not fair he worked tirelessly until he got the results he wanted in a timely manner. I never for a minute questioned how hard he was working to get me the best settlement that he could. Most important to me was his honesty. He is kind, caring and trustworthy. You just can't buy that. I was involved in an auto accident recently, whereby I was sitting at a traffic light and was hit on the driver's side of my car by another vehicle. This accident took place on a Sunday afternoon, and so following day, visited my Doctor, and notified Brian Zaber, Attorney with Voplini Law. Brian immediately met with me and proceeded to deal with the Insurance Company of the driver who ran into me, on my behalf. It took an entire month for my car to be repaired, and Brian kept in close contact with me, regarding his negotiations with the Insurance Company. It took about 4 months for all the negotiations to finalize, and all through that time, Brian kept me informed as to how things were proceeding. He worked hard to get me the typical maximum benefit for my type of accident, so it was worth the wait. I could not be more pleased with how Brian handled this situation for me. Always willing to go out of his way to make it convenient for us to meet, and to negotiate with the Insurance Company, when their offers were not satisfactory.
