Scott Braybrooke was brought in by my original attorney when we were getting stonewalled by AAA insurance on a case where I was hit by another car while riding my bicycle. He and his staff were very professional, and answered all my questions, making sure I was well informed about the process, and felt comfortable with everything. It took a little time, but after a few months, we won a settlement of $100K. After lawyer fees and medical bills (I had a fractured wrist), I received about half of that. Hands down, the best lawyers I have ever dealt with. They have helped me over the years with a few accidents. The last one being the worst motorcycle accident I ever had. CHP put me at fault even though I wasn't the cause of the accident. VS&B took on my case and got 6 times the policy limit of the guy who caused me to crash. It took some time because of covid slowing things down, but I guarantee it is worth the wait. They even called me to check on me. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. They're very respectful and will get you more than what is being offered on the table. Insurance companies always try to low ball you, but VS&B will get them to give more money. I definitely hope to not have another issue or accident, but if I ever do, I'll be using VS&B again. Just give them a call and guarantee you'll be in a much better position than before. I'm happy with my outcome.

I initially hired Rachel Silverman of VSB to represent me in my divorce 6 years ago and was impressed with her services as she helped me to obtain a settlement that I could be happy with. A few years later, I needed to hire her again to deal with my ex-husband's refusal to continue required payments, which was in violation of the original divorce agreement. Rachel helped me to come to a good resolution of the most recent case against my ex, and I loved what she was able to accomplish despite the fact of how difficult it is to work with my ex! Recently, my ex even went as far as to provide a review on Rachel and her firm despite the fact that he wasn't even a client which makes absolutely no sense! If you are considering using Rachel and VSB I would disregard my ex's review as it doesn't apply to how hard Rachel and VSB work for their clients.
