Will never use him again, we went to him about my husbands case and it was one excuse after another and when you called the girl that answered the phone, acted like she couldn't understand you and was told that we would receive a call back and never got one. He acted like he didn't even want to try but sure took the money.

His assistance are not polite at all. There’s actually one of them that’s actually really rude. Would hang up on you. I don’t know what type of assistant she is but they need to change. They would also forget to call you back when they say they were gonna call you back and when you called, they don’t know what you’re talking about. But the lawyer on the other hand, he listens to you and he’s pretty nice but the only bad thing about the lawyer is that he takes a little too long on peoples cases when they don’t even have such a bad case.

This attorney has allegedly taken advantage of numerous clients, misappropriated funds, and failed to provide competent legal representation. There are multiple reports suggesting that cases were intentionally mishandled, resulting in clients facing serious charges, further financial hardship, and an inability to achieve a positive outcome. If you have been a victim of such practices, it is strongly advised to report the attorney to the Alabama State Bar Association. Legal professionals are held to high standards of conduct, and the Alabama State Bar is responsible for investigating claims of professional misconduct. Filing a complaint will help ensure accountability and protect others from similar experiences. For those who have been misrepresented or defrauded, taking action can be an important step toward justice and preventing further harm.

Bad communication, hard to get an appointment. Gave advice based on his opinion, not the law. (For Example he advises a couple to wait 6 months to “build a case” after marriage before pursuing green card…. This advice was awful for us since my daughter in law’s current visa will expire before then. We have since switched to another law firm and in 3 weeks they helped up compile everything and send off for the green card! Answers from Pouncey office were vague and no definite pricing details. I totally recommend you look around and ask detailed questions before going with a lawyer. I wish we had chosen someone else from the start.

It was a long battle but a hard fight. Brett never once backed down along the way. He was truly caring and intentional every step of the process and we had a phenomenal outcome. Highly recommend Brett!!

I do not recommend him for anything in the world, this man is a thief. He stole $3,000.00 from us and never wanted to give us an appointment. A lawyer knows when he is going to win a case, but he lied to us and never wanted to see us, always with pure excuses, and we lost the 3,000. Poor professionalism. I do not recommend him, at least in my case he did not win... bad experience.

I highly recommend this law firm!!! Mr. Pouncey is very friendly, intelligent, honest, and I feel that I can trust him and his staff. I'm very grateful for them and the hard work they have put into our case. Please use them for all your immigration needs!
