Todd is a great attorney. I have had horrible experiences with attorneys in the past but Todd did not fit into this category. He was fair with his billings and obviously put in the work he invoiced for. I had a difficult divorce case with the possibility of a good, bad, really bad or horrible outcome in my case. Due to his skill, the outcome was good. I'm still a little shocked how well it turned out. I highly recommend him.

I was facing 24 YEARS in PRISON on false charges Felony 1 with gun enhancement instead of self defense. Day-One Mr. Pascoe said I had a 1% chance to be reduced to a misdemeanor BUT he pieced together my case and got it!!!!!! Mr. Pascoe took over my case as my first attorney failed me miserably. Mr. Pascoe was at a huge disadvantage but he put together my defense I received 4 days time served and the elusive one percent chance misdemeanor charge. I wanted to go to trial and be acquitted but when the prosecutor leads with his pronouns and potentially the jury leads with their pronouns an innocent man from Texas has no chance. I got 4 days time-served verses 24 years in prison so I WON thanks to Mr. Pascoe!!

This man is an amazing lawyer. He was very attentive, making sure I understood all my options before making any decision. He put much effort into this case for me and is probably the best public defender in my opinion. He will communicate with you.
