I'm very disappointed with this firm because I gave the reference to my son to call them for a BK chapter 7 they gave him the interview and said to him that they definitely can help him, the next day my son paid $2,178.00 for the BK 7 and the next day they call him to said we can't help you you don't qualify, the person who did the interview make a mistake getting all the information and now my son the one I referred to them has lost $540 dollars they are charging for their employee mistake my son didn't have the money he as for a loan, I feel responsible for referring them to my son, so please people be care full who you hire. Now my son is mad at me and I have to paid $540 for referring them

I was really nervous about filling bankruptcy again. So when my mom told me to call Greg at Wadhwani & Shanfeld because he really helped her with her bankruptcy. I did just that, and it was the best decision I ever made. Greg did everything that he told me he would do for me!, His whole staff was awesome!!!

My case was a challenging one. My income was not low, but I definitely needed financial relief due to pending divorce and other circumstances. In other words, I did not have a "cookie cutter" situation. I was referred to this office by my family law attorney. From the very beginning, I found the office very easy professional and easy to communicate with. There came a point in the process where there was additional documentation and work needed. My attorney (Greg) called me and explained the situation. I will be honest that I was frustrated, but later realized that Greg was using his experience to do the "right thing" on my case. And then when I got the bill for the extra work, it was deeply discounted and more than fair (fair to me, probably not the office). In the end, my debt was discharged. I'm not sure that would have happened without the experience of this office. I got the sense that Greg was doing his job, but also sincerely had empathy for my situation. So, if you do not have a cookie cutter situation, and want an emphatic and very competent office, I recommend Wadhwani and Shanfeld.
