They simply will not represent you if you have a mental disability. Instead of helping, they abandoned me, abandoning timely filings and ignoring my need. I attempted suicide, partly as a result of their isolation and lack of care; hitting my head over and over again on a metal object until I had a seizure. We'll look into MNDHR for reporting them as a result of their violent disregard. Legal Shield refunded me completely for Wagner Falconer and Judd's lack of diligence in representing me, with my disabilities.

Cancelled my LegalShield plan because I wouldn’t tolerate their childish, unprofessional and uncouth behavior.

I usually have good luck with them but this time I’m on day four waiting for a return call.

I have been a member for over twenty years through Legal Shield. My recent experience with Attorney Miller was awful. I had a question regarding a real estate transaction. His response was if I do not receive the proceeds file a claim and go to Court. Going to Court is what I was trying to avoid. Not only would it cost my thousands of dollars in Attorneys fees, it would take months if not years to settle. I wonder if Attorney Miller received his law license in a Cracker Jack Box.

I called the Vancouver phone number, and this Filipino lady took the call. I told her I am calling to confirm if they have a lawyer who has the relevant experience and practices law in the area concerning my situation. The lady had very hard time understanding this. And kept saying I need to register with legalshield and I kept telling her, I am not gonna sign up with legalshield if you do not have a lawyer who is a match for what I am looking for, and then she hung up! I would never want to do business with these people.

After reading positive reviews and seeing that one of their staff members had written an article about my case, I was excited to reach out and work with them. I first called on 1/23 and left a voicemail for the intake specialist. She called me back and assured me she would look into my case further and get back to me either later that day or the next day. I even provided my email in case they missed me while I was at work. Unfortunately, I never heard back that day, which I understood—she might’ve been busy. However, I called three times on 1/24 and left several voicemails for Lindsey (the intake specialist), but still received no response. I tried again on Monday, 1/27, at 4 pm, and was told to leave another voicemail. When I asked for an alternative contact or email, I was informed they couldn’t provide that information. At that point, I decided this company might not be the right fit for me.

I had a wonderful experience with the attorney. He is very helpful, helped me understand my rights and be able to communicate well with my legal issues. In all honesty I highly recommend working with this firm! Thank you!

Wagner, Falconer and Judd, Ltd. helped me very much in my recent case of an unjust terminatinatiin with a company I had been with for almost 2 years. During that same period of time, I saw 7 different score managers come and go with only one if them having effective management skills because he had 21 years experience with the company and was a very effective manager. The large corporation I was a part of had been experiencing tgevresult if the high management turnover and had recently let 400 people go on division and corporate positions. When I was let go, I contacted Wagner, Falconer, and Judd through my Prepaid Legal Program and was put in touch with Lisa, an attorney who provided excellent guidance for what I needed to do to to deal with a trumped up charge of violating company driving rules that actually were false and attempted to decline my unemployment benefit for my post work done on the case where I had received the great work from Lisa ( and also Job Service in Sheboygan. Many thanks to Lisa and the guidance provided by Job Service on what I had to do to receive the compensation I was due. A special thanks to Atty Lisa for the guidance she provided for me to.win my compensation for unjust accusations that my former employer had generated. Edit: In response to law firm reply. Thank you for your assistance in the matter, and will definitely call ya again. This law firm is a Legal Shield provider. Legal Shield is a program that people subscribe to and pay a monthly fee for basic legal services. I have used Legal Shield many times in Denver, Colorado and now in Minnesota for many years. My first experience with Legal Shield was in 2003 when I needed a good lawyer for my SSDI claim and was assigned an excellent female lawyer that got my SSDI claim approved in 2006 granted she did get a good chunk of my retro pay. Lol. Now, I am in Minnesota had an issue with the City of Eagan that jacked my lawn up from a contractor mishap. At first I called this law firm for assistance, but eventually the superintendent of the Eagan facility and I came to an agreement. The lawyer was professional and timely even tho he was limited to what he could do being Eagan has a 15 foot easement deal. I ask that the case be closed as I and City have come to terms. Would recommend both Legal Shield and this law firm to anyone on a fixed income. Definitely worth the money in my opinion. I am a military retiree and a 100% disabled veteran that need services like this one.

Called me back and explained some steps to take. For a situation needing legal services, I had a great experience. Thank you!
