The worst experience I’ve ever had or probably will encounter in my entire life. My son was hit by a drunk driver who ran a stop sign, My son received a major concussion as well as stitches to his head and scrapes and scratches throughout his whole body. I don’t know how, but I do know that the Wagner group was out lawyered by the drunk driver’s attorney. The drunk driver walked away with more money in his pocket then what we received every time the other attorney asked for something the Wagner group Gave it to him. Did not even put up a Fight. If it wasn’t for our son’s friends insurance, we would be owing the hospital bill because the Wagner Group failed in so many ways. Please Be aware of low budget attorneys like the Wagner group. And good luck getting a response back when sending a email, we literally got no response for months at a time and had to make several visits for a follow up. Thanks in advance.

I had a lot of options when I picked an attorney, but Laura, Butch and Liz made a profound impression on me. BUT boy was I wrong!!! They have lied to me, misrepresented important facts to me, held onto my settlement with more lies!! Look at the complaints on the State Bar of CA, let your voice be heard and don’t be threatened in submission!! If you were treated wrongfully, stand up. Don’t let lawyers get away with unethical behavior.
