Where do I begin! Nick Wagoner took my case when other lawyers may not have considered the case large enough to fight for. However, I felt like Nick treated my case as high priority as he would with his other cases. He was efficient in each conversation we had, he made sure to follow up on his own when he had any new information come in, but not only that, he believed in me and my case until the end. I was able to relax and I had a lot of trust in the fact that Nick was going to fight for me. I am truly happy with the outcome on my case. Nick worked very hard and diligently to get me the best resolution. It was my first time suing and Nick made sure I was well informed. He is honest, fair and professional! Nick Wagoner was great at helping resolve an accident I had when a truck collided into me as a pedestrian. He made the process easy and was always there if I needed to contact him. He always gave sound advice such as not talking to the other person's insurance company if they call and saying that they can refer any questions to him. I would definitely recommend hiring him if needing an attorney to deal with an accident and not have to deal with any of the litigation portion.

If you wish to hire an attorney who will sue for all the money he thinks you might get and subject you to every medical test (needed or not needed) to win more money from insurance companies, then Nick is the attorney for you. If you wish to ask questions, proceed cautiously and use your own doctors, then Nick is not the attorney for you. When I asked questions at our initial meeting he said, "Am I wasting my time here? No one asks questions. They just sign the papers." I wanted an attorney who would listen to my questions and work with what our needs are. He also called and expected immediate responses, which was impossible due to the fact that I have small children with me and no child care. He even had the audacity to ask if I didn't care about my children, because I would not take them in for an MRI even though 2 (two) doctors examined my kids and said they did not need an MRI. In the end, working with Nick was a worse experience than the wreck we were in. And I know that he will reply to this and disparage me in his reply but know this: everything that I stated above is true. He is an attorney and will twist the story to make him look like the better person. You can do better. Find an attorney with more experience who will work for the person, not the 33.3% of the settlement.
